Odoo Functional Consultant (M/F/X)

Noviat is a long-standing Odoo partner that helps SMEs and organisations digitalise and optimise their business processes (accounting & finance, logistics, project management, CRM, purchasing and more). We are a human-sized team where everyone has a real impact on projects and on the direct relationship with our clients.

As part of our growth and the handover of the company to a new generation of partners, we are strengthening our team of consultants.

Your role

As a functional consultant, you are our clients' main point of contact, from analysing their needs to going live with their Odoo solution. You will :

• Gather and analyse clients' business needs and translate them into functional Odoo solutions
• Configure and set up the various modules (accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory, project, CRM…)
• Write functional analyses and the related documentation
• Train and support users, and provide functional support
• Work closely with our developers on custom developments
• Follow up on projects and ensure long-term client satisfaction

Your profile

We are open to different levels of experience whether you are starting out or you are a senior consultant, the role adapts to your profile.

• Education and/or experience in management, accounting, business IT or an equivalent field
• A first experience with an ERP (ideally Odoo) is an asset for a senior profile. For a junior, curiosity and the will to learn make the difference
• Comfortable talking with both business and technical stakeholders
• Good understanding of business processes (financial, commercial, logistics)
• Rigour, autonomy and a strong sense of client service
• Fluent French and Dutch (essential). English is an appreciated asset
• Driving licence B (regular client visits)
