We take care of the machinery.
You take care of your business.
The best thing anyone can say about an ERP is that nobody talks about it. Quotes go out right the first time, the workshop builds what was actually sold, stock matches the shelf, statements come in on their own, and the month closes when it is supposed to.
None of that is luck. It is our profession.
We build on Odoo, and we have done since 2009
Odoo is a suite of business applications sharing one database: sales, purchasing, stock, manufacturing, projects, accounting, human resources, website. Nothing is exported from one to the other, because there is only one copy of anything.
We were among the first Odoo partners in Belgium and we have stayed on that single product ever since, through every version.
That is what lets us tell you quickly what Odoo does well, what it does badly, and where it would not be worth your money.
Four expertises, among plenty of other work
Whatever your friction points are, we have almost certainly seen them before. These four come back most often.

Finance and accounting
When you are fairly sure the figures are right, but proving it takes a week.
Everything that produced a number stays attached to it: the statement it came from, the invoice it settled, who approved it and when. Reconciliation runs on its own, the month closes on time, and an auditor's question takes an afternoon instead of a fortnight.
Finance and accounting →
Logistics and manufacturing
When what leaves the workshop has to match what was sold, and nobody is quite sure it always does.
Stock that matches the shelf, production that receives what the salesperson actually agreed, and delivery dates you can commit to. Backdating a movement stops being a fight with the system.

Made-to-measure products
When every quote is a small engineering exercise, and the answer lives in a spreadsheet one person really understands.
Your own rules go into the system. Dimensions and options drive the price, the components, the work centre and the checks the workshop has to make, so a salesperson can quote without that person in the room.
Made-to-measure products →
Project and site-based business
When your team says file, job or site far more often than order, and nobody can give you the margin without asking accounting.
Each job becomes one screen your project managers open themselves: what was sold, bought, delivered, hours spent, where it stands.
And Ordo, our own product for public administrations
A municipality, a province or a region owns roads, buildings, playgrounds, vehicles and technical equipment. Ordo holds the inventory of all of it, the interventions carried out on it, the periodic inspections it is required to pass, the rounds that come back every week, and what each of them actually costs.
It is not a module we resell. We build it, we maintain it, and it runs on Odoo, in French and in Dutch.
How we work with you
1
We learn how you work before we configure anything
We sit down with the people who actually do the work, and we ask why it is organised the way it is. Not to fill in a requirements form, but to understand which parts of your process are there for a good reason, and which are there because your last system left you no choice.
2
We use the standard wherever it fits
Odoo already does a great deal well, and knowing exactly what it does is most of our craft. Where the standard fits your process, we use it: it goes in faster, it is simpler to live with, and it survives every upgrade.
3
We build only where your business genuinely differs
So we will challenge what you ask for. Not to say no, but to find out whether the need is real. When it is, we build it alongside Odoo rather than inside it, which is what keeps your system upgradable for years.
Our services
Implementation and support
We put Odoo in place across the business, from the first conversation to the day everyone actually works in it. Training, handover and day-to-day support in English, French or Dutch.Taking over an existing Odoo
Already running Odoo and not happy with it? We take over installations set up by someone else, including the parts that were done the wrong way.Version upgrades
Every new Odoo version means moving everything built specifically for you onto it. We do that work, check it behaves exactly as before, and tell you up front what it involves.Hosting and monitoring
Servers that cannot be reached from the internet, backups every day, and an alert that reaches us before it reaches you.Isabel Connect
Your statements come into Odoo on their own and your payment orders go out the same way. Signing stays where it belongs, inside Isabel.EBICS
The European standard for exchanging files with your bank, built into Odoo. Statements in, payments out, and nobody downloading anything.
Where would you like to start ?
Tell us which part of the business you would put in order first. We will tell you what Odoo does about it out of the box, what only needs configuring, and the few things that genuinely need building.
One project manager, in the room from that first conversation to the day it goes live.
