Each company can have its own linked bank accounts in Isabel, and CODA imports and payment batches are handled independently per company within the same Odoo database.

The signing of payments in Isabel is done securely using one of the supported methods: itsme®, an Isakey or an Isabel SmartCard.
The Isakey is required once during the initial setup when linking your Isabel user account to Odoo.

Payment files are uploaded to Isabel immediately and automatically upon confirmation in Odoo.
The employee preparing the payments never handles the file directly, eliminating the risk of manual tampering such as changing a supplier's bank account number.
Yes. Isabel Connect works with Odoo Enterprise as well as Odoo Community, using the OCA Payment Orders module for the Community edition.

The subscription includes up to 3 Isabel users.
Adding an extra Isabel user beyond that limit requires a one-time fee of €100 excl. VAT.
Replacing an Isabel user (for example when an employee leaves) requires a one-time fee of €100 excl. VAT per replacement.
Statement numbers and the chaining of balances let you spot it immediately. If the closing balance of statement 47 matches the opening balance of 48, nothing has been lost.
That is precisely what a plain transaction feed cannot verify.
Native synchronisation relies on PSD2 and provides transactions, with no statement number and no opening or closing balances, and no ability to issue payments. It also requires periodic re-consent.
CodaBox is an inbound channel that delivers CODA files but not payment issuance.
Note that only an accounting firm can subscribe to CodaBox, a company cannot contract directly. The two setups can coexist.
Yes. Everything relating to mandates and authorisations stays managed by Isabel, exactly as today.
A journal without a correct IBAN, or an approximate chart of accounts, will produce the same errors as today, only faster.
